Beechcraft Kingair personal aircraft and utility aircraft family are twin turboprop aircraft used worldwide. President Johnson used one as a personal aircraft. They are being used from businessmen to the United States Army. The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia uses Beechcraft Kingair aircraft to service remote communites with unimproved runways.
The King Air C90GTi is the smallest of the Beechcraft Kingair aircraft built by Hawker Beechcraft. It has two Pratt & Whitney turboprop engines. It has a range of 1300 miles and a wingspan of just over 50 feet. It is just at home on unimproved landing strips as major airports.
The King Air B200GT is also built by Hawker Beechcraft. It has two Pratt & Whitney turboprop engines. It has a range of 1800 miles and a wingspan of just under 55 feet.
The new King Air 350 is now in full production by Hawker Beechcraft. It too has two Pratt & Whitney turboprop engines. It has a range of 1500 miles and can take off on a modest 3300 foot runway. It has a wingspan of just under 58 feet. All models are an intelligent choice for small and large sized airports for both personal use and utility use.
